Our membership provides immediate access to a substantial library of digital educational content, practical frameworks, resources, and ongoing updates. Because this content becomes available immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final once membership access has been granted.
1. No Change-of-Mind Refunds
We do not offer refunds because you change your mind, decide that the membership is not suitable for you, do not use your account, or are dissatisfied after accessing the membership content.
Before purchasing, you are responsible for reviewing the information provided on the membership and pricing pages and determining whether the membership is appropriate for your needs.
2. Immediate Access to Digital Content
After successful payment, you will receive access to the membership and its digital resources through Kajabi (https://kajabi.com).
By completing your purchase and requesting immediate access, you acknowledge that:
- Access to the digital content begins immediately.
- The membership resources may be viewed and used as soon as access is granted.
- Where permitted by applicable law, you may lose any statutory right to withdraw or cancel once access to the digital content has begun.
3. Exceptions Required by Law
Nothing in this Policy limits any refund, withdrawal, cancellation, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
A refund may be available where required by applicable law, including where the membership is materially defective, substantially different from its description, or cannot be accessed due to a persistent issue that we are unable to resolve.
4. Payments and Refund Decisions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle (https://paddle.com). Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all purchases and is responsible for payment processing and eligible refunds.
As our Merchant of Record, Paddle may review or handle certain refund requests in accordance with its own Buyer Terms, applicable laws, payment-provider requirements, and fraud-prevention obligations.
5. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewal charges.
Cancellation:
- Stops the subscription from renewing at the end of the current billing period.
- Does not normally result in a refund for the current billing period.
- Allows you to retain access until the end of the period you have already paid for, unless access is suspended due to misuse, fraud, a chargeback, or a violation of our Terms of Service.
You are responsible for cancelling before your next renewal date if you do not wish to be charged again.
6. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
If you believe that you were charged more than once, charged an incorrect amount, or charged as a result of a payment error, please contact Paddle through the support or subscription-management link included in your transaction confirmation email.
7. Account Misuse and Refund Abuse
Refunds may be refused where there is evidence of:
- Fraud or unauthorized payment activity.
- Account sharing or unauthorized access.
- Substantial use or consumption of membership content followed by a refund request.
- Repeated or abusive refund requests.
- A violation of our Terms of Service.
Access may be suspended while a payment dispute, chargeback, or suspected misuse is being investigated.
